GIS Data Browser

ArcExplorer is a lightweight GIS data explorer, designed for computers running Windows 95 or Windows NT. It can display data stored on local hard drives, map data across the Internet, and even download geographic data from the World Wide Web.

ArcExplorer lets you:

ArcExplorer also features legends, overview maps, multiple views, saving and retrieving views, and map printing. And ArcExplorer is free, so it can be installed on any number of computers running Windows 95 or Windows NT.
